Our Purpose and Values

The job of DEI manager is a difficult one. A lonely one. DMAB is there to help.

Our purpose is to provide our members with a platform to exchange experiences and insights on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and to establish unified positions among members when engaging with institutional, academic, and political entities.

The Values we stand for:
