Being part of our across industry network, you can expect to gain:

Eligibility

Conditions for membership

The membership is entirely FREE of charge. As we want this association to be a true peers network, it is only accessible to DEI professionals in public or private organisations, not to DEI consultants.

To become a member of the DMAB, an organisation has to:

Sign the Diversity Managers Association Membership Charter.

Have a clear DEI action plan and refer to this plan on their site. Have a dedicated person in charge of DEI

Commit to host one of the quarterly sessions* within the first two years of membership.

*The session must be hosted within the first two years since becoming a member, with a date established together with the DMAB members.

The membership is entirely FREE of charge and by adhering to our association companies can get insightful information across all industry for DEI related topics and not only.
