SUMMARY:Quarterly meeting: Inclusion of younger generation & AI. How do we keep offering junior roles to young graduates?
DESCRIPTION:Building on last year’s discussion on generational inclusion\, this session responds to continued interest in exploring the distinct challenges faced by different age groups in the workplace. It will also introduce a new and timely dimension: the impact of AI on entry-level roles. Drawing on international research\, the session will examine how organisations can ensure continued access to work opportunities for young talent while preserving the value of a multigenerational workforce at all levels.
